PRICES

All prices and conditions of sale are subject to alterations without prior notice.

Prices charged are those ruling at the point of invoice.

For the prices on this price list to apply, orders must be over $150.00 before GST and freight

FREIGHT

All Freight will be charged to the customer. Freight will also incur GST.

Our carriers are Australia Post, Couriers Please & StarTrack

Which ever is cheapest & accessible to your area.

If you wish to elect your own carrier, please feel free to do so.

PAYMENT

Until credit facilities have been approved, goods will only be dispatched when payment has been received.

We accept Cash, Cheque, Money Order, VISA, & MASTERCARD.

HappyTime Novelty Co. Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

Failure to pay accounts on time, reverts automatically to pre-payment or C.O.D. before goods are dispatched

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

A fee of 5% will be charged on top of the outstanding amount,

unless paid within the 30 day period from date of invoice

CLAIMS

Claims due to any cause must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of goods,

or no claim will be recognised.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully, as goods are NOT on sale or return,

and credits will only be issued if;

The goods have a manufacturable fault.

No returns will be credited without prior consent of this office.

Freight charged on returns is at the customer’s expense.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Items out of stock will be placed on Backorder,

You will be contacted when stock is available.
